Third Course: Pappardelle Pasta, Butter Poached Lobster, Brown-butter-Gournay Cheese Sauce paired with Davey & Browne Vortex, Bodega Garzon Tannat

Cheese Course: Three cheese varietals, honey and jam paired with Argentina Malbecs 

Dessert: Passion Fruit Tart or Raspberry Truffle Cake paired with Browne Family Vineyards Pinot Noir
